  • Most Overrated: A lot of them work really well for me!  The ones I’ve had the most trouble with, while not in a jar or pot, were NARS’ Shadow Pencils.
  • Most Underrated: Benefit Creaseless Cream Shadow/Liners – the shade range is subtle/neutral, but they’re really great to wear-and-go.
