Maybelline Neon Red ColorSensational Vivid Lipcolor ($7.49 for 0.14 oz.) is a bold, brightened red-orange with strong, warm undertones and a luminous sheen. Maybelline Orange Edge is lighter, more orange than red. Maybelline Infra-red is very similar. Maybelline Vibrant Mandarin is lighter, more orange. MAC Scarlet Ibis is more matte. Neon Red had rich, true-to-tube color with full coverage. The consistency is lightly creamy, slightly slick, and it applied easily without tugging or dragging along the lips. Despite the slickness, I didn’t have issues with the color feathering while I wore it for six hours. It was lightly hydrating and did leave a faint stain behind after it wore away.
