Marc Jacobs Beauty Ody(sea) (62) Highliner Gel Eye Crayon ($25.00 for 0.01 oz.) is described as a “teal green.” It’s a medium-dark teal that leans just slightly green with a pearly sheen. It had so-so color payoff in a single stroke, but it was buildable to mostly opaque color in two to three passes. The consistency was lightly creamy and didn’t tug on the lash line. It wore well for nine hours on my lower lash line before starting to fade.
You might think it’s similar to Intro(vert), but Intro(vert) is much greener. Tarina Tarantino Spark of Envy (P, $15.00) is darker. Sephora Collection Fairytale (P, $9.00) is also darker. Make Up For Ever #52L (LE, $19.00) is darker, less shimmery. See comparison swatches / view dupes.

Marc Jacobs Beauty Mari(gold) (70) Highliner Gel Eye Crayon ($25.00 for 0.01 oz.) is described as a “golden peach.” It’s a medium, yellow gold with warm, orange undertones and a pearly, almost metallic, sheen. It had good pigmentation in one pass, and it was able to build to fully opaque color in two passes. The consistency was creamy and glided on without pulling on the skin. This shade lasted for nine hours before starting to thin. Chanel Ambre Dore (911) (P, $30.00) is lighter, less yellow. Urban Decay Goldmine (P, $19.00) is lighter.
