Makeup Geek Graphite Eyeshadow ($5.99 for 0.064 oz.) is described as a “light graphite grey with flecks of silver.” It’s a muted, medium-dark gray with subtle, warm undertones and a frosted finish. It had good color payoff, which could have been truer-to-pan, but it had a soft, blendable consistency so it was easy to use on the lid. It wore well for eight hours on me before fading slightly. Makeup Geek Ice Queen Eyeshadow ($5.99 for 0.064 oz.) is described as a “frosty shimmery white.” It’s a cool-toned, bright white with a very fine shimmer-sheen finish. It’s somewhat powdery, but it had decent pigmentation nonetheless. This shade lasted for seven and a half hours when I tested it. Kat Von D Banshee (LE) is less shimmery. Makeup Geek White Lies Eyeshadow ($5.99 for 0.064 oz.) is described as a “matte pure white.” It’s a cool-toned white with a matte finish that comes off looking almost gray-ish applied. I think it’s a shade that would be really nice over a good base for a pure white, but it doesn’t have the density or richness to be bright white on the skin by itself.
