The upcoming MAC x Osbournes Collection features two shades of Lipglass, both new and limited edition (but of course!), reviewed in-depth below:

MAC Bijou Lipglass ($16.50 for 0.17 fl. oz.) is described as a “soft rose.” It’s a medium, subtly yellow-toned pink with a cream finish. It had semi-opaque color coverage with some noticeable translucency, but it still covered the lip with quite a bit of color. The consistency is slightly thick, tacky, and the formula is vanilla-scented but unflavored. This gloss wore well for four hours on me and was neither hydrating nor drying. Maybelline Petal Plush (100) (P, $8.99) is lighter. MAC Picture Pink (LE, $15.00) is lighter. NYX Maple Blondie (P, $5.00) is warmer. MAC Viva Glam Nicki (LE, $15.00) is darker, brighter. MAC Pussywillow Lipglass ($16.50 for 0.17 fl. oz.) is described as a “light neutral gold.” It’s light and medium gold shimmer suspended in a very subtly yellow-tinted base (really is nearly clear). It had a moderate level of shimmer; it could be worn on its own with noticeable shimmer or layered over another lip color without covering it in all shimmer. I love a gold gloss, don’t get me wrong, but there aren’t a lot of nuances to this type of shade; the differences lie in the size and density of the shimmer/sparkle. The texture was slightly thick but not uncomfortable to wear. It wore well for three hours on me. MAC Gold Mirror (LE, $15.00) is much more opaque. Maybelline Gleaming Gold (120) (LE) is very similar. Bobbi Brown Bare Peach (LE, $24.00) is similar. Bobbi Brown Pure Gold (LE, $24.00) is also similar. MAC Pure Sophistication (LE, $15.00) is slightly more shimmery. Bobbi Brown Canary (P, $24.00) has larger sparkle as well. See comparison swatches / view dupes.
