Recommendations

MAC Love Me Lipstick (regularly $22) is one of my favorite new-ish formulas by the brand. It’s a comfortable, longer-wearing formula that balances pigmentation, comfort, and finish for a lovely offering.

Similarly, Love Me Liquid Lipstick (regularly $25) is a satin-finish take on popular liquid lipstick that wears well, longer, but it is more comfortable.

MAC Lustreglass Sheer-Shine Lipstick (regularly $22) is a revamped version of their prior Lustre finish, which was never one I loved as it was super quick to wear away and thin to the point of emphasizing lip texture. The updated Lustreglass is much more forgiving and easy to wear.

MAC Extra Dimension Blush (regularly $31) is an underrated permanent feature from the brand. I have a few of these that I love so much they’ve earned rightful spots in my vanity drawer!

If you’re looking for some non-makeup recommendations, there’s always Fix+, which is a fixing spray that has been a staple in my stash for years. I like misting it all over my face as a finishing step as well as for applying eyeshadows wet. MAC Wipes remain my favorite for makeup-removing wipes as they are gentle, effective, and non-drying.
