Is there a difference between drugstore and high-end beauty brands? If so, what is it?

In general, yes, I think there are differences between the two. I think the most obvious one is packaging; higher-end brands typically have nicer packaging, whether it’s visually more appealing or just sturdier. I do find there are quality differences in pigmentation and length of wear–but there are still some really fantastic drugstore items that rival high end items, too. I think you do have to hunt for them, though.
