Usually once when I’m wearing lipstick. I also use blotting paper in the summer, when my skin tends to be oilier, but that’s also only once per day.

I picked once because I tend to touch up lip products, or I either add to or change up the look at some point, so one seems to fit the best. I don’t really have a problem with my makeup wearing off other than lip products.

Well, maybe not ‘touch up’, but definitely blotting (my skin is quite oily) at least three times per day and a dusting of powder.

I probably re-apply my lipstick twice a day .. after lunch and maybe before I go home.

I might touch up lips, but that’s about it. The rest, I leave barring some ridiculously hot and humid day. If it doesn’t last, it doesn’t belong in my collection IMO. Makeup should be that good now.. you can definitely expect this level of performance.

I have very dry lips so I reapply balm or gloss several times a day.

The only other makeup I’ll generally touch up is powder and occasionally concealer.

I said “more than twice” but that is usually just lipstick, sometimes it’s not that often, but unless I’m wearing a super long wearing formula I’ll touch up every 3-4 hours. I don’t touch up anything else.

If I happen to go to the bathroom and look in the mirror I’ll wipe away the flakes from my mascara and blot the oil slick on my face with a paper towel but as far as adding more color, NOPE!

If reapplying lipstick/lip gloss counts as touching up then, yes, I do. Sometimes, if I have the time or the inclination or it’s really hot and humid, I’ll powder my T-zone too. If I’m looking especially pale, I will add some blush. But 95% of the time, it’s just lipstick/gloss/balm reapplication.

If blotting with a tissue counts, 2-4 times a day.

If not, very, very rarely. I never reapply something (unless the eyeshadow quality is really bad and it has started to crease and I need to go out somewhere)

I really only do it about 1-2 x a day. After lunch (lipstick) and at night if I’m about to meet friends out and about.

I do keep in my purse what I call my “Emergency Makeup Kit”

It’s powder foundation, Chanel Ebloui Illusion D’Ombre Eyeshadow, a travel size tube of mascara NARS blush and MLBB, lipstick and a Laura Mercier angled kabuki.

This thing has saved me so many times you can’t imagine. If I’m going to a meeting with executives, (ie important peeps) or go to a last minute Happy hour.

It takes up virtually ZERO room in my purse, but I’m so glad I have it.

I often look in the mirror and wipe away any smudges or mascara that has migrated, and touch up lipstick or lipgloss, but I don’t carry anything with me other than lip product.

I really only touch up lip products, and maybe add a bit more powder if I’m having a very long day. I typically only wear a TM and/or a mineral powder foundation, mascara, brows, & lip gloss or balm. My skin tends to lean on the drier side, so I don’t have to worry about face products fading. If I wear shadows, I tend to do lighter shades, and they tend to look better than deeper ones if they begin to fade a bit.

On the occasion I wear heavier eye makeup, I *always* use a primer, regardless of which brand of shadow I wear.

I reapply my lipstick / gloss about 3 times a day. I just use my blot powder, when I have an appointment in the evening right after work and I don’t have the chance to redo my makeup completely.

Depends on what I’m wearing, really. If it’s just foundation/eyeshadow/blush/etc., then not at all. But if I have on lipstick or eyeliner (particularly on the waterline), then I check it fairly routinely. I’m very specific about how I like my lipstick to look, and eyeliner bleeds easily on me, so I have to keep an eye on it.

I touch up my lip products all day long because nothing ever lasts and i’m always drinking something, so if I want color on my lips i have to reapply. Other stuff–no, not really. Sometimes I’ll touch up my blush if it’s been a long day, and I’ll reapply powder, but that’s about it.

I voted more than two times, but that’s referring to blotting my t-zone. It seems to be out of sorts lately. I don’t usually touch up my eyeliner or lipstick – once my lip product has worn off, it’s lip balm from there on out. (Most of the time.)

I have suuuuper oily skin so blotting powder is a must at least twice a day. :< Eyeshadow tends to stay put on me though, with the right primer, and Milani's Infinite eyeliner never lets me down. I guess the only other thing I touch up is lip stuff, like balm or lipstick. Oh, and occasionally if I'm too rushed in the morning for mascara I'll pack a tube and curler with me and apply it when I get where I'm going. 😛

I touch up my lipstick at least once after about 8 to 10 hours depending on the shade, I sometimes do that with blush too however for some reason I´m not too fond of touching up blush while I don´t mind doing that with lipstick lol.

I work very long days, and am on my feet the whole time. When I finally get my break, I don’t want to spend time touching up my makeup. Sometimes I dab my face with a paper towel if I get a little shiny. If I don’t look perfect I don’t care, I just want to sit down and eat my lunch.

When I’m not working, I don’t touch up much, but I spend more time on my makeup before I go out.

Huh, I’m minority here… 🙁
I’m very oily, a bit hyperhydrosis, and thanks to overly humid and hot weather, I NEED to retouch my make up with powder, blush on, eyeliner and lipstick for at least 5 times a day!

But now since I’m wearing no foundation (just Milk of Magnesia, Smashbox Photo Finish Targeted Pore & Line Primer and M·A·C Blot), Lip & Cheek Stain, Waterproof Mascara and Waterproof Gel/Liquid Eyeliner, I only need to retouch like 1-2 times a day and this time, I only need my lipbalm & M·A·C Blot! 🙂

I only touch up my lips after eating and drinking. I’m obsessed with my lips looking like perfection! I don’t like to carry make up out and about in my purse, and I’m too busy to take the time throughout the day to touch up my face.

I’m pretty shocked that so far nearly half of the people who voted say they don’t touch up their makeup at all! I reapply eyeliner on my waterline and my lip product at least once each…maybe more depending on how long my day is! I also used to powder my face again at some point through out the day, but I find that less necessary as of late. I just think it’s something that looks best with some occasional maintenance. Lol!
