The formula is supposed to have "mirror-like shine" and be "packed with iridescent glitter." The texture was incredibly smooth and almost cream-like with a moderate tackiness and was thick enough that one layer was ideal, as I felt two layers started to feel too thick and was prone to getting onto teeth. The coverage varied a bit between shades but was more medium to semi-opaque than sheer or opaque. They went on fairly evenly and could be worn alone or layered over another lip color. The wear was between four and five hours, and the formula was very comfortable to wear and hydrating over time. There was a sweet, vanilla-like scent that I could only smell in the tube and no discernible taste.
