For powder products, you can add alcohol and mash it together so it’s kind of like a thick paste, and then press it using a quarter over wax paper or a cotton shirt. For lipsticks, you can melt the bottom a bit, which will help it to adhere to the base again. Gel eyeliners can be revived sometimes by microwaving or adding mixing medium.
