The Super Shock Cheek formula is a cream-based blush that will have the most intense pigmentation when applied with fingertips and lesser, more buildable coverage when used with a brush (the more feathery or less dense the brush, the sheerer the coverage). A little goes a ridiculously long way when it comes to this shade, as it is intensely pigmented: a mere pat of the fingertip on the surface is enough for semi-sheer coverage. The shimmer is a lot more visible on the skin than it has been in other shimmery blushes I’ve seen from ColourPop, so it’s nice to see the finish actually show up on the skin. It had a wetter, more emollient and cream-like consistency compared to other Super Shock Cheek shades I’ve tried, which made it easier to apply and very, very blendable on the skin, but it didn’t slide all over the place. This shade wore well for almost ten hours on me.
