Cinique’s Modern Matte is a collection focusing on matte eyes and high impact color on the lips. I am loving the new High Impact Lip Colour lipsticks – they are gorgeous, and there are so many shades to choose from. I know only a few are featured/highlighted in the actual Modern Matte collection, but there is basically a separate launch filled with these babies! I’m hoping to get to do some lip swatches later on this week, but here are some photos to hold you over.
