Pretty! 🙂
Really like the Lip Glows, especially the left and right one! 😀
So pretty! Love Burberry!
Hi Christine,
I was under the impression that there was a new lipstick colour called Siren Red to be released in the spring collection.
I guess that the collection is titled, Siren Red instead of a specific lippie.
Burberry just listed Military Red and Bright Poppy as the lipsticks in this launch! 🙁
Christine, can you do review on both lipsticks? They look lovely but I’m not sure if the red is dupeable ot not. TIA!
Love the Coral Pink, blossom was too peach for me so this works as a pink that can go with “warmish” tones, too.
Hey Christine,
Do you know if the stuff that isn’t labelled limited edition is going to be added to the permanent line?
According to Burberry, only Pink Sweet Pea is limited edition.
Do you know if Pale Barley eyeshadow is discontinued? Burberry has removed it from their website and it is missing from Nordstrom’s site as well.
Hi Megan,
I have not heard anything, and they are promoting it with this collection, so it would be odd for that to happen.
I did see that they were promoting it with the collection but it is out of stock. I have heard from a few other bloggers that it was limited edition for the year of 2012. How could they do this??? I would have bought it sooner if I had known.
It wasn’t limited edition. Burberry Beauty restocks at a very slow pace. It took about 4 months to restock Pale Barley where I live (Greece), but they finally did. FYI I’m talking about counters, not on-line stores.
Hi Megan, I hope you don’t mind me butting in.
It’s probably just sold out since it’s so popular. I know Burberry completely removes a colour from their website when it’s sold out instead of putting a little “sold out” next to it, it is a little annoying.
I love how they only do one or two limited items maximum per collection and don’t discontinue. Feels like they respect their customers more and don’t want you to be in a rush!
I can second this – I believe the MUA used this on me when she did my makeup yesterday, and didn’t mention anything about it being discontinued. You might have luck by calling different stores to see if they have it in stock.
Hi Christine!
Do you know if ALL of their products are scented? I tried one of their lipsticks once, and although it was beautiful, I had to take it off after 10 minutes because the scent was giving me a headache.
Thanks!
Wendy
I believe all the lip products are scented!
Are the blushes limited edition?
According to Burberry, only Pink Sweet Pea is limited edition.
The shades look very lovely and all, but I’m confused. The name of the collection is Siren Red and there’s only one shade of red available? And a rather average, uninteresting looking one at that…
*happy sigh* I picked up both blushes and two glosses yesterday – I passed on Fondant Pink (too pale) and Coral (possibly too orange but I may go back for it). The blushes are insanely pigmented and incredibly soft and buttery. I asked the MUA to put Hydrangea Pink on me and it looked *fantastic*, despite my fear of it being so bright.
Wow the lipglosses and blushes look fantastic! I don’t own anything high end like burberry though… Just like estee lauder, lancome, and nars. Mhhhhhh…
Pretty….but not much red for Siren Red. The lipstick by the name is awesome!
Great lipsticks!
