The formula is supposed to offer "bold, glossy color with [a] balm feel." The majority of the shades have semi-opaque to opaque coverage with a glossy, more jelly-like finish--plusher, shinier than a cream one--and live up to most of the formula's claims. It has the look of a liquid lipstick-meets-lipgloss with the coverage and finish. They're very comfortable to wear as they feel like a plusher gel, which gives them great spreadability but prevents them from getting into lip lines or emphasizing lip texture. They also have longer-wear--often pushing well over six hours--and feel nourishing over time.
