  1. Of course! You mean not everyone dreams of that?? ;-)

I’d be so awful at running a business. If I could just get free makeup that would be great, thanks.

I always dreamt of having my own product line as I’m a makeup artist and also have so many ideas. Unfortunately finances never allowed it; I’ll just have to make do with buying them :)

  4. I would love to be part of the research and review team (ha!!) but I would never want to own the company.
The hassle of returns alone would make me insane, then factor in shipping and control groups, marketing, testing, etc etc.
    Although packaging design excites me.
Ok, now I just want to work at this imaginary company!

Yes definitely and it would be a Vegan/ organic and luxury brand. Beautiful packagings, products and ethics.
I am not a business woman at all :( such a pity because this idea Vegan/luxury is not a bad one, Nvey looks good but it doesn’t mean luxury too me.

I would really like to have a brand that specializes in makeup for redheads. Finding the right shades for things can be difficult.

Yep. In fact, I have it all planned out in my head. I worked in advertising/graphic design for several years and planned out packaging, colors, the whole lot. I would use minimal ingredients for the best payout since I have sensitive and reactive skin. I also wanted to come up with a new concept in foundations. I don’t want to share it (just in case… haha) and the brand name would be “V Luxe” — would be so fun!

My sister used to be a colour mixer for a makeup brand and makes lipsticks, matches foundations etc. We’ve always spoken about starting a beauty brand but the products you need aren’t easily available in the UK. If we were in the US, we’d probably get somewhere by now.

    Oh, YEES!
My brand would be cruelty-free, vegan, and reasonably priced.
I’d want to have an ENORMOUS shade selection, and offer lots of free or nearly-free sample sizes.
Return policy would be generous, too.

With the amazing array of fabulous products available, I’d rather have an unlimited beauty budget (and the space to store everything my greedy little heart desires) than having my own brand.

  11. I’d love to be involved in the creative and publicity side of things, but I have no idea what I’m doing when it comes to business, so I wouldn’t want to be the only person in charge!
