The blush that would look best with this since its neutral would be a neutral pink/rose toned colour.
I would use MAC Darkly MY Dear blush from the VV Collection, NARS Douceur or maybe NARS Madly.. it has a bit of shimmer in it which would give some definition to the face.. i would keep the whole makeup look really simple with this lip sheer.. its perfect for fall!
