what if we retweet, but our tweets are locked? are you going to be following back for those who have their tweets locked?
Hey Ollie, You can always unlock your tweets, tweet the contest tweet, and then lock up your tweets again or else get a separate account. I can't keep track of who's protected their tweets and who hasn't and it's not feasible to track that and make sure I'm following you just to see those tweets.
