    My favourites are mineralized blushes!

  2. Iliana

Pressed matte blushes are awesome but tend to oxidize on my oily skin. I love it for the color range. I also like gel/liquid blushes because they don’t oxidize or disappear easily but I feel that the color range is limited. :)

Pressed by far! Cream/Gel/Liquid blushes are easy to over do – and you cannot easily start over.

My favorite were the Cremeblends from Mac that came out with Lillyland. I always got the perfect amount out of them. Wish they would bring them back with more shades!

I love mineral blushes as well. I think all of the blushes I own, even my non-MAC ones are mineral. I am however wanting to try out cream blushes. I may make my own and see how I like it.

i like the look for cream blushes better than pressed, but they are so tricky to apply over foundation that i prefer the latter!

  7. Lately I’ve been loving cream blushes on their own! But if you have oily skin (like I do) you can also top them with a powder blush to make your rosy cheeks last all day! ;)

    Mineralized :)

  9. Although I do like using a cream blush sometimes, my favorites are pressed powder ones, especially the Mineralize ones!

I love layering blushes! Otherwise I find they don’t last very long… I like to use MAC Blushcr√®me in Lilicent as a base and Clinique Blushing Blush Powder Blush in Aglow or MSF in Light Flush on top for a peachy toned look or Smashbox O-Glow as a base with MAC mineralize blush in Dainty of Plumfoolery for a pinkier look.

  11. I love the convenience of pressed blushes.

Though gel/cream blushes are gorgeous option when going for something more subtle. :]

I prefer the pressed powder blushes

I can’t live without my baked powder blushes….at the moment I am absolutely crazy about Cargo baked powder blushes in Wind and Fire :)

  14. My favorite is Benetint set with a sheer powder blush. It lasts forever this way.

I prefer pressed blushes, my skin is combination and somewhat it doesn’t go well with cream or liquid.

I liked pressed or gel, depending on how my skin is doing.

My faves are the O-glow blush by Smashbox, and the Cheek stains by Tarte.

I use MSFs as blushes, then I have two NARS pressed powder blushes. I haven’t tried cream blushes yet and probably won’t until I get at least halfway through the powder ones I currently have. Not sure how cream will work out for me though since I have oily skin…getting a dewy look is usually not a problem for me so I’m not too concerned about getting the cream/dewy look.

    all of them!!

I love the Bare Minerals and Meow Cosmetics loose blushes. My NARS Orgasm is also awesome. I have a Dream Matte Moose blush that I do like but I feel like most of it ends up on my fingers. I just hate applying it.

I’m a total blush addict! Pressed powders are my fave but I’ve been loving Nars cream blushes over tinted moisuriser this summer.

  22. Cream blush last longer and when applied with a brush, can look very natural.

  23. Erica

My favorite is the combo of cream + pressed! That way it lasts for literally 12 hours on me.

  24. Katie

Pressed is by far my favorite, but when I travel, I bring cream blushes. I apply them with my fingers, so that’s one less brush to bring.

  25. I think MAC’s Mineralize blushes are probably my favorites for the way they look on the skin… But the wear time on them isn’t very good. If I’m in a hurry (and I always seem to be when I’m working) I always end up reaching for an ultra-pigmented pressed powder blush like Azelea or Devil. If I have the time though, I favor cream blushes and loose-powder blushes (MAC’s loose Beauty Powders were AMAZING! I have four and I hate that they discontinued them!)

  26. wanda

    cheek stain by TARTE!

  27. nicci

I like the cream kind but my skin is oily so it doesn’t really work for me :(

    • wanda

try tarte cheek stain because they go on creamy but not oily like cream blush. I like to use it over my foundation and set the whole face with powder. If i wanted the cheek color to be even more vibrant then I pair it with a powder blush!

I love pressed blushes, but I cant live without my NARS multiples, and Cactus Flower cream blush from NARS is my best blush ever

I have two tubes of gel blusher which I apply with a stippling brush; it’s not that they’re better than pressed powder or anything. I just like the novelty idea of something different for the days when I need a bit of variety. One of them is from Bloom, which I think is an Australian brand, and it smells like lavender. Lavender is always a win in my book.

    Mineralized blushes!
