I picked up one of the coveted liner sets & a matte shadow. Well I still haven't received my order! A week ago they told me that it was on it's way still but it hadn't arrived yet so I emailed them today. Apparently they believe it has been lost in transit so they refunded me and gave me a $20 for the trouble but I'd rather have my stuff :( Now I have to try to find the liners somewhere else and hope they don't cost me a fortune. I know this isn’t the right place for this but I need to vent :P

That was faster than I expected! I bought the item on 11-23-09 and HauteLook charged my card on 11-30-2009. Interestingly, UPS tracking shows billing information received on 11/26/2009 and the departure scan on 12/08/2009. Also, my invoice shows shipping charges but my card wasn't billed shipping charges. HauteLook organizes their paperwork, billing, and shipping in seemingly mysterious ways. Not that I care -- as long as I receive my order! My order arrived today (12/9/09).
