Urban Decay Deep End Eyeshadow ($18.00 for 0.05 oz.) is described as a “bright teal shimmer.” It’s a blue-based teal with a frosted finish. Urban Decay Junkie is darker, bluer. MAC Rain Drop is more frosted. theBalm Open to Offers Olwen is similar. Tarina Tarantino Ozma is a touch bluer. Tom Ford Emerald Lust #3 is more metallic.

It originally debuted in the 15th Anniversary Palette, but it will now be available as a permanent shade online at urbandecay.com and at Sephora in JCP locations.  Deep End is incredibly rich in color payoff, and the color is true-to-pan.  It has a soft, buttery texture that’s dense and finely-milled, and as a result, is easily blended once applied to the lid.  This shade wore for nine hours without creasing or fading when I tested it.  It’s a color that you may already have in your stash, but if you’re a fan of intensely pigmented teal eyeshadows and don’t have one quite like it, it’s one to consider. The texture and pigmentation are quite phenomenal; definitely a standout shade (in terms of quality) within the range.
