Illamasqua’s Intense Lipglosses really feel like liquid lipsticks sometimes, just because they’re so packed with color, have the look and feel of both a gloss and lipstick. They’re non-sticky, too, and while the gloss parts fades after an hour or two, the color itself remains for a solid four to five.
