The Spring Season: Korres #13 Natural Pink Guava Lipstick

Korres #13 Natural Pink Guava Lipstick ($22.00) is a creamy, opaque shade of pinky-beige that’s not quite nude, but not quite pink, either. Guava Lipsticks feel lovely on–very smooth, soft, and emollient–but they’re on the pricier side of high-end lipsticks, because you don’t get as much as you’d expect in each tube. The shade itself is gorgeous, though, and it’s one of the better lipstick formulas in the price range. If you’re like me and never expect to empty a tube of lipstick in the first place, then price per ounce isn’t as much of a concern. If you have a tendency to finish your lipsticks or like to reapply often, this one might be a little pricey.

More Korres Guava Lipsticks…

Is this the right pink-nude lipstick for you? Would you wear it?

The Spring Season is a series of posts featuring my favorite soft beige, coral, and pink lipsticks and lipglosses — all perfect for the first blossom of spring — that runs through March 2010.

i joust bought it...it is perfect!!! but i still can't understand why we don't have the #22 which is perfect!!! p.s..it looks greaatt on you!!!!

Does it look like Warm Me Up lipstick from MAC?

Kind of - probably not quite as warm!

This is so pretty! I love these kinds of colours.

This is such a pretty color..the price isn't too bad either. Who carries Korres Products?

Oh and which MAC l/s is closest to this? I have so many nudes that I'd hate to double up on too many of the same shades. =)

Probably Velvet Teddy!

wow this gorgeous! Does anyone know a MAC dupe for this?

It's kind of like Velvet Teddy!

i love Korres, there eye shadows and wild rose foundation are amazing also love there skin care. I wil now try the lipsticks, this shade looks beautifull

oh wow, I've loved every one of these that you've posted so far, thanks for swatching them! i have to pick some up! Also, I love how you do lip swatches now, it's the best. Super helpful.

Such a beautiful nude pink!! I really love the color!

Omg thank you so much I was waiting for this review hahaha :)

Pretty! I actually do think that a shade like this would be great for everyday, I might get this one, thanks! I don't even have that much lipstick, but finishing a lipstick is something that happens maybe once a year, so overall price is more important to me than price per oz. which I pay more attention to if it's foundation, or primer or something like that. Hey, any chance you might swatch those new MUFE HD blushes at some point? I'm dying to see them!

it reminds me of Benefit Lady’s Choice Lipstick A LOT =D
