MAC Russian Red Lipglass ($14.00 for 0.17 oz.) is a nearly opaque bright cherry red lipgloss. It’s a beautiful shimmer-less shade of red that goes on easily. MAC’s Lipglass is one of the tackier lipglosses on the market, which is something that I don’t mind–particularly because it tends to last much longer on my lips than the average lipglass. I find Lipglass lasts me around four hours or so, which is good time for a gloss. Russian Red Lipglass is really a classic MAC gloss — if you are at all a red fan, this is definitely one you should consider owning.

That looks gorgeous! I have been interested in this gloss for a while, but am hesitant because I am afraid it will fade unevenly on the lips. 4 hours is great lasting power – but does the pigementation fade evenly?
It fades pretty evenly for me!
This is very pretty and very wearable on a daily basis. It makes your lips look like glazed maraschino cherries!

I wear this over top on the RR lipstick. Gives the lipstick a bit of shine and definitely makes a bold statement.
I’ve owned this lip glass for the last 5 years and it’s really surprising to see how the colors come right back around. I don’t even need to rush out and get a new one as I hardly ever wear it…will be wearing it for the season tho:)

I bought this one a few weeks ago and I love it.
It’s incredible how much redder it looks on my lips, though, but I have noticed that about other lipsticks/glosses as well. It must be because my lips are very pigmented.

I LOVE Russian Red lipstick, but unfortunately I don’t get the chance to wear it that often.
