Best Volumizing Mascara…
What brand/product wins this category? Any particular reason it wins?
TexasLash by Cargo is really good for volume, creates a really thick and full lash look, without going long and spidery. Unfortunately I dont know where you ca buy it in the UK. Good for people who have long lashes that arent very volume-y
I am always trying new mascaras...i'd say the loreal double extend tubes primer is the best, u can use it under any mascara and it makes it work bettee, but the best all around thickening mascara is makeup forever smoky lash, best lengthening mascara would be givenchy's phenomen'eyes. amazing mascaras!
I LOVE Loreal Lash Architect mascara in carbon black. It's one of the few products that I use again and again - would be gutted if it was discontinued! It makes your lashes really long, curled, thick and well-defined. It's quite a high impact mascara, so great for when I want my eyelashes to stand out.
I really like Cargo Texas Lash Mascara...Its a little tricky at first because the brush is humungous but once you get the hang of it its amaaaazing. Diorshow is really not worth the price to me, L'oreal Voluminous is as good as drugstore gets for me!
What about best natural looking mascara? I had a friend ask me that this week but I didn't have an answer. Any ideas?
i like l'oreal voluminous. although it is tons better when it is drier than initially. i find it too wet when its new.
Lashblast works every time. I just bought Lancome Hypnose Drama today so we'll see how that works. Oh & I also bought Cargo LashActivator. The Sephora rep highly recommended it, but hmmm, we'll see.
Cover Girl's lashblast and Max Factor's 2000 cal. ... I think Rimmel's Sexy Curves also works really well.
Majolica Majorca's (by Shiseido and only available in certain markets) Lash Beautifying Mascara Frame Plus.
Diorshow! I just started using the L'oreal Extra Volume Collagen and it is pushing my Diorshow out of the way.
Cover Girl Volume Exact or Rimmel Sexy Curves (just tried this on a whim...totally stunned and I've been a Cover Girl since the day I discovered mascara).
Good ole L'oreal Voluminous works pretty good for me *most* days! I may have to try some of these on this list though. :)
Maybelline Colossal is very good but Loreal Volume Collagen is amazing...seriously...one coat of this can do what 3 coats of another mascara could.......I CANT WAIT FOR THE LASH BLAST LEGENTH TO COME OUT.
I have the shortest and most stubborn asian lashes so I use shu uemura eyelash curler, then shu uemura mascara basic as a primer because it keeps the curl and then lancome amplicils or ysl volume effet faux cils mascara. best thing is it never clumps and it looks amazing!
Right now I'm using Tarte's Light, Camera, Lashes - it's pretty good but my favorite is still MAC's Plush Lash and yes I prefer this over DiorShow
Maybelline Colossal works really good for volumizing. Maybelline is the best drug store brand mascara imo.
Maybelline Colossal or Dior DiorShow. I'd pick Colossal over DiorShow though, because of the price! ;)
I love Maybelline's Lash Stilletto, as well as lenght, it gives me good volume too. Also Guerlain's Le 2 Mascara and Givenchy's Phenomeneye.
its got to be rimmel london SEXY CURVES MASCARA it rocks! and for high end got to be Estee Lauder MagiScope with the curve brush as i jst need the curl in my lashes !not lenght binnie x
for me it's the mac plush lash in black... i love this mascara... it's my fave right now... although i'm looking forward to that new mascara coming out with the style black collection... blackest black ... ooohhh i can't wait!
I use DiorShow Iconic as a lash primer followed by Benefits BadGal Lash!!! i looovee it!!! it gives me a fake lashes effect=)
Hello :) Can you get a good volume when applying Diorshow Iconic all alone? (I need a good volumizing mascara, and I am hesitating in buying Iconic...)
Stila Major Lash is my current fav. It tends to be clumpy, but if you can get just the right amount on the applicator. . . it really does the trick!
