NARS loose powder! I was constantly being recommended it on the boards of MUA. I checked the reviews and they are awesome! I got it and it’s HUGE, has much better packaging than most.. will last me forever.
The one thing that is so smart about NARS is that they have the different coloured loose powders for diff skin types.. On quick days I can just throw on some of my Mountain powder and it’s flawless, smooth magic that works on top of my face and body gives me that same great look with less coverage
Bare Escentials foundation and mineral veil! they are so lightweight but give great coverage, and are so quick and easy to use!
Guerlain Meteorites Travel Touch. Very fine powder with a gorgeous scent, so smooth and lovely.
I used to like bare escentuals but the ingredients (which are NOT 100% pure as they claim, read the labels, bismuth is BAD stuff for your skin) are drying and cakey. Now I really like Cover FX.
i 100% agree. bismuth gave me a rash when i used BE. i gave it 2 trys and both failed to give my horrible skin
MUFE HD Powder.. it sets my foundation beautifully and makes my skin look flawless, which is not easy anymore 😉
i second this one! this product is amazing, and i love that it works even without foundation for the days when there isn’t time for the whole ritual…
Laura Mercier Loose Powder–it gives me a candlelit glow all the time!
LM works well for me too! And you need so little, so it seems like yrs before you need more.
Christopher Drummond Saude Pele!! I love love love it. I use it under my foundation, or sometimes I mix it in with my moisturizer and it gives my skin a really beautiful glow that I can’t get with other powders. Plus it’s natural and light – it’s way better than Bare Escentuals, which irritated my skin!
I like Bare Escentuals Mineral Veil and Pure Luxe cosmetics Silica Powder.
I like bare minerals for my foundation and I love, love, love The Magic by Prescriptives. When you put it on it feels like you are misting your face. It leaves my skin healthy and radiant looking, and disguises any fine lines! I have a dedicated brush for it so I don’t cross contanimate the powders.
i love the magic also. i did a write in om the beauty awards. it feels so good i would love to just sit there and pile it on all day long lol.
MAC loose blot powder (in medium for me). I also ALWAYS a compact of blot powder with me as well for touch ups throughout the day.
MUFE HD powder for sure! Makes my face feel like velvet!
my favorite is prescriptives magic powder.
NARS makes my HG loose powder. It gives my face a soft focus effect
Jill Stuart Loose Powder in Natural (only available in Japan,Hong Kong & Taiwan now)
U guys are going to be shocked but I love NYC powder. I find it better than my mac powder
I live in the uk and recently bought the NYC powder as mac didnt have my shade and its amazing and its was pretty cheap and amazing on my skin!! x
Yup. NYC all the way!
Also in the uk im sure with any nyc products you get a FREE Fluffy Kabuki Brush so its very handy to apply I think the powder was 4 or 5 pounds.
after reading what you guys wrote, i decided to pick this up. i have to say i’m so glad i did bc it’s fantastic! it conceals my pores so well… and the subtle shimmer is great. plus it’s less than $5!!!
Anshu – oOoo really? I’m tempted to try it after hearing that!
I use Marcelle loose powder, and I quite like it. It comes in different colours, it’s fine, it makes my skin look flawless and really mattes down any shine. I find it hard to try different types of loose powder, since they last SO long lol There’s a bunch I want to try……
I used Maecelle for a long time but they have taken it off the market. I used Loose powder in Rose Chiffon and pastel beige for years and my skin
just glowed all day. Please let me know if anyone is still selling it?
I have tried several but I dont get the same results. Thanks.
I love Paul and Joe loose powder! Controls oil well, very little of not any oxidation, really fine texture, smells great and lovely packaging!
Becca Fine Loose Finishing Powder! People are so amazed when I wear it because they can’t believe I’m wearing powder—it’s so seamless and covers like real skin.
I agree MUFE HD powder and MAC Blot!!
i absolutely can’t live w/o my clinique blended face powder in 20 invisible blend. it is extremely fine, and has absolutely no chunks. there is also a TON of product in the container. it is perfect for me, i am only 14, because it gives me the coverage that makes me feel more confident, without me feeling like i i am slathering on a ton of makeup at my young age. i don’t wear foundation, just concealer and the powder. try it guys!
No7 boots loose powder. Cheap and ultrafine. Beats all the expensive brands, there is no comparison.
try this and you never go back, ladies.
I have used many brands and just recently discovered La Mer’s loose powder in Translucent and I am in love!
MUFE HD is #1 , but a little expensive. So I always shoot for #2, mineral veil (Bare Minerals).
I absolutely love love love my Utowa powder, it makes my skin look soooo good!!
