Introducing… The Temptalia Test Panel! Beauty products work differently for different people, but yet they’re geared towards more of a mass market than just you or just me. What works well for one person doesn’t necessarily mean it will work as well for you (in fact, you could hate it!). This is where the Temptalia Test Panel comes into play: three to five readers will have the opportunity to try, test, and review the same product (but the test panel itself will comprise many more than five people). Once the testing has been completed, the reviews will be posted together to create a truly comprehensive review.

There are so many things that I’m dying to try, but am hesitant about because I can’t find reviews. This way maybe it can cut down on that happening.
I also think it’s great that you’re looking for people with a range of skin types and tones. So many times have I bought a product upon reading glowing recommendations only to find out that when placed on my nearly translucent skin, it looks down right frightening.
I’m largely translucent myself! :D Honestly, I think it’s great - when applied properly, you can get almost anything to work.
I find most of the time that’s the case…
But then there are the things that are lauded as the perfect *insert color/product here* for everyone. Even things that I can test sometimes backfire. What looks great in a store makes me look like a science experiment when put under natural lighting with my white skin, green eyes, and red haired self.
I’m still on the search for the perfect blush. I’ll find it if it kills me.
