What makeup do you have stashed in your purse right now? Women are notorious for carrying more in than purse than need, and it got me to wonder just how much makeup are we keeping in our little (okay, big) bags?
Me? I hardly carry makeup with me, other than the lipstick/lipglass I used for the look of that day. I think all I have in my purse is Lil’ Sizzler lip gelee! So I think I might defy the norm in this respect.

I usually keep oil blotting sheets and studio fix powder and either a lipglass or lipstick sometimes both but I find that I never end up using anything except my lipglass lol but I like to keep the sheets and powder in there you know just in case! I think I’m comforted knowing that it’s there if I need it.

Right now, my makeup bag has Lipgelees in Amber Russe, Saplicious,Jellylicious and Who’s that lady, Lipglasses in Bazaarish, Pink Grapefruit, Pop Mode, Bare Truth, Flashtronic, Pink Clash, Viva Glam VI,Synched Up, Boundless, and Wondershine, Plushglass in Ample Pink, and Lipstick in Viva Glam V!, Barely Lit, and Rubia. I also have Christian Dior Gloss in 117, Stila Lip Glaze in Vanilla, and Sephora maniac Liner in 06. I have a serious gloss jones! I also carry Benefit concealer, Urban Decay 24 hours liner in Zero, and Clean and Clear Oil papers.

Hmm…I don’t usually carry makeup around with me. And probably just like you, I bring around the lipgloss/lipstick color I’m wearing on that day. But most of the time I’m lazy I just bring my Purring Tendertone around cos I loves it. :P

I have the kitchen sink with me today, all crammed into a lovely metallic Sephora makeup bag. Not alot of MAC this time! Bare Minerals face paraphernalia, Diorshow, Benefit Get Bent, NARS Orgasm, Sephora 8-pan eyeshadow palette, assorted MAC & BM brushes, MAC blushes Peaches & Cheek, MAC Blitz & Glitz, an Olive Eye Pencil (great for almost any brow if applied lightly) Alison Raffaele Soft Gloss in Polished, Clinque Black Honey, a mini Lancome eyeshadow quad that has a muted golden brown eyeshadow that I love, Benefit lipstick in Good-to-Go, MAC Clear brow gel, Victoria’ Secret Eyeshadow in Gratify, Dior Gloss in Jersey Girl (which compliments none of the other makeup I have with me!), and some Bourgois lip gloss I got as gratis that’s far too metallic and shimmery for my liking.

All I carry is Jellybabe lipgelee (it’s really neutral on me so it goes with whatever look I wear) and a trial size mascara (I have super blond lashes, so I always need a mascara just in case!)
If I am going somehwere nice (a wedding, party, etc) I will also bring along some coverup and whatever lipstick/lipgloss I’m wearing.
