What is your favorite blush for special occasions? What’s the one blush that just gives you that certain je ne sais pas that’s simply perfect for events you need to be stunning for?
For cool cheeks, MAC Don’t Be Shy is a great cool pink blush; for well-bronzed, high-glow cheeks, Other Worldly is divine; for a faint blushy glow, Margin is perfect.
Chanel Narcisse is an amazing pink shade, and MAC Fleurry is my current favorite for any occasion
Fleurry is super pretty, but a touch too bold for me sometimes. Still lovely, though!
When the MAC sales girl first suggested it I was really unsure but once I saw it on my cheeks I fell in love with – Dollymix
It is such a bight color that it would likely turn most people off but applied it is stunning

MAC Gingerly is the best blush i have ever used.. thats my everyday blush but for something special i gotta go with NARS ORGASM

Mac harmony for contouring,nars sin(works much better for me witha my darker complexion than best-slling orgasm) and molton brown blushes are all fab for me!

I agree with MAC Gingerly. It was the first blush ever recommended for me from a MA two years ago, and I’ve been using it ever since! Also.. Trace Gold is great to mix with gingerly when I want that extra oomph!

I haven’t found the perfect blush for a special occassion yet. And if any one has a recommendation for me for a wedding that I’m in next week – where I’ll be wearing a “Persimmon” aka orange dress for the wedding party – I’m open for suggestions, please!
Aww! You could try a peachy pink like Peachykeen or even a bronzy color like Trace Gold!
I really love Nars blushes, they have very interesting colors and last longer than most others.
I use torrid, desire and orgasm. For the special ocasions, I go to crazed which is a plumy red with sparkles. After discovering this site, I am slowly being a MAC convert so I tried dollymix, but I still think Nars make a better blush.
I’ll have to give NARS blushes another chance, maybe!

Everyday is special and it’s worth to look your best.Way not? For the most mentioned special occasions my makeup is unfortunatelly done by makeup artist.When I do it myself I use Chanel’s Tea Rose.However just very recently you – Christine have given me an excellent idea; to use Opal Pink pigment for highlighting.Oh boy! That looks gorgeous!

i don’t have any special occasion blush,maybe i need to get one
i use 3 blushes on every occasion: 2 Diolight by Dior and an YSL blush,the one with the round mirror
they are very natural looking,You can never make any mistakes.
