The Bobbi Brown Chocolates palette from two years ago. I haven’t used mine up completely, but I’m going easy on it – it’s the most perfect set of neutral eyeshadows and brownie-pink lip colors to ever be set forth on a cosmetics counter! But the colors are fairly dupe-able, thankfully.
Oh, and also this amazing rainbow-opal-shimmer-but-clear lipgloss from Skinmarket, called Bellyache. I had a tube in middle school, and it was the most amazing stuff ever. I’ve never managed to find anything that comes remotely close, and would *kill* to get my hands on another little bottle of that magical potion!
OMG – Skinmarket!! That place was so great. I could spend hours perusing every item, shelf, etc. I had these eye glitters from there that I loved!! Have never found colors like them anywhere.
I really miss the Tarte pressed powder blushes. I only managed to get one – Verve – and I love it. Unfortunatey, I haven’t been able to find a good dupe. I will probably cry when it’s gone.
I think MAC Emote? If it is discontinued.
I wish I could have gotten this one! I love pics of it online.

i really really miss the eye primer max factor made they still have one but not like they use to,also wet n wild lipstick #549 was the absolute perfect red lipstick! they also did this amazing violet eyeshadow palette which i’ve yet to find any colors out there w/ that matte yet very subtle shimmer to it you did’nt have to overapply it for it to stay! and i had a big eyehadow shimmer palette in like midnight blues and grays i forgot who made it but it was expensive stuff from either japan or china and i think it had a moon symbol on it too! if anyone knows what i am talking about please post to me! because i’ve been looking for that 4 like 8 yrs now!
There’s no discontinued product I miss, I have way too much stuff for that.
I got a few backups of lipsticks that I used to love back in the days when I only owned 10 lipsticks, but now I have nearer 100, so don’t think I’ll ever run out of any of them. 
Same with eyeshadows, blushes, etc.
Me too!! I am the exactly the same. I also keep my eyes on ‘the items that are being discontinued’ list. Recently I bought whole lot of MAC matte2 shadows, because I heard they are being dc’d.

I have so many products that I could open my own store I swear! Plus, with all the newer collections continually “hitting” us, it’s easier to get excited over the newer stuff than to cry over older stuff… For me anyways.
Clinique liquid lipsticks in rasberry sorbet and sweet cherry. Absolutely loved those!
I wish MAC would add Mattene lipsticks to their regular collection. The texture is great. I also miss the old Revlon Colorstay formula. It didn’t break me out.

John Frieda Beach Blonde Ocean Waves Spray! They need to bring this back, the substitute they came out with does NOT have the same results, It leaves my hair feeling more stiff and tacky. BB Ocean Waves was perfect! It really gave you beach waves with lots of movement. I just wish they would bring the original formula back. Has anyone found a better substitute for it?

Don’t even get me started on that. I haven’t found a suitable replacement that doesn’t turn my hair into a stiff mess…but I guess the Garnier Wonder Waves spray is just OK. Doesn’t have the same smell though…or the same results. UGH.
And Christine, every time you mention that lipstick, I want to try it out.
I’ve never tried John Frieda stuff (we dont get it here) but a sea salt spray that I’ve tried that works pretty well is the one by John Masters – its sea salt with lavender. Maybe you guys could check that one out? =)

There is one from Frederic Fekkai (which now comes in a slightly new packaging from the one I bought a few years ago) called ‘Summer Hair Beach Waves’ which is close in smell and product performance. Obviously more expensive but I found it to be really close.

i dont have one but the MAC Little VI lipglass is getting discontinued so ill be upset but whenever soemthing discontinues i buy 3 of them at least if i like them!. Ill be buying 5 little VI.
MAC Pink Grapefruit lipglass. It is my favorite lipglass ever, and I can’t find a really good dupe for it. I tried Utterly Posh dazzleglass and it’s close, but just not the same. =(
noooooooooooo! i didn’t realize pink grapefruit was discontinued. it’s my fav as well. i’m super sad faced about that. i got one in a little darlings set at christmas and it’s almost all gone.
i’ll scour (sp?) the CCOs and see if i can find it.

Granted it’s $16.99 since it’s DC, which is more than what it retailed for, but if its your fave than its not that much more to pay. I have found a lot of my fave discontinued items on this site & you’ll even find some that are being sold at less than the original price. all depends on popularity of item & demand, but something you might want to check out.

The first MAC l/s I ever purchased was BREW…there is a huge difference between BREW and FRESH BREW!! I only bought one tube at the time and I AM HEAD OVER HEELS for this l/s…my heart will SHATTER when its done…And my favorite highlight of all time CLOUDBOUND from the PANDAMONIAM Quad…It reminds me of vanilla pig. but with gold shimmer it is abs. amazing…I have hit pan and I’m sad.

Shu Uemura’s ME Silver 945 – I know there’s a new formula, but it ain’t the same. Luckily, after years of trying to swap for one I finally got a backup!

Holy crap! I didn’t know this one was discontinued!!! …And I follow the MAC website and stores religiously. I will have to get one from my Pro store; I saw it there just last week. It is my HG contour blush.

Mac’s Mellow Mood lipstick and Gingerroot cremeliner. They went perfectly together and I haven’t been able to find dupes.
I love my Gingerroot soo much. I just can’t understand why MAC got rid of this great color.
MAC Song and Dance Lip glass from the Liza Minneli collection, it’s a bit like lust but more pink. I likes it b/c it was all gloss and no glitter/sparkle.
Cult of Chy lipglass. It’s a perfect, yummy red gloss. I use mine sparingly for fear of running out.

I was in love with the Cult of Cherry collection of lip products so I bought backups of the See Thru stain and Cult of Cherry (red) Lipglass and the red Mattene lipstick…
My boyfriend put it in perspective a while back for me though when he noticed I bought lots of backups of my favs telling me “Do you want to be like one of those 80′s girls wearing bad blue eye shadow and hideous lipstick when you are older and realize you are using up all the stuff you bought in the 2000′s?” It was a wake up as I realized I was wearing the same colors for many years and made me step outside my comfort zone and try more then pale pink lips and safe ‘blonde’ colors.

I will miss my Mac Chromeglass when it’s gone. I only bought Pinkocrasy and wish I had gotten more colors. It’s so weird to see people on here talking about John Frieda Bleach Blonde Sea Salt Spray. I still have half a bottle sitting under my sink from almost 5 years ago. It didn’t do much for my curly hair but I just loved the smell.
The brow shaders (Browning is my HG brow colour… I have 3 though so should be good for a few more years lol), Cranapple and Gingerroot cremestick pearl liners. I bought back ups… but wtf, MAC?!
