What beauty advice/tip do you preach but aren’t so good about practicing? Share!

Drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. I’m terrible at it. I keep trying, and I use all the tricks I know, but I fail!

    Washing my face before I go to bed. I usually take a shower at night, so its not a problem, but on weekends I shower in the morning, so I just sleep in my makeup overnight.

    taking your makeup off at night of course. i know im guilty of it.

    Im not a preacher in general, thats just something not in my personality or maybe I dont have enough self confidence to tell people what they should do or not. So I cant say I preach any beauty tip Im not good at practicing. :P

    I dont get to drink 8 glasses of water either, I always end up drinking about 3 big glasses. I do drink a lot of herbal/green tea though.

    Other advice I fail to do myself is proper brush cleaning. I always tell people to clean their brushes on a regular basis, but I always forget and end up cleaning them ones every 3 months.

    On weekends when I come home late I often sleep in my makeup. But tell me friends thats the worst thing they can do…oops

    Same here
    8 glasses of water and to walk/run 30-60 minutes a day… I just can’t find the time for neither.

    Washing brushes is probably my biggest. And sunscreen. I wear a primer with sunscreen for my face but my arms need some too so they don’t get too freckley.

    Using a face mask at least twice a week. Sometimes If I’m lucky I’ll use it every other week, making me regret it.

    Sleeping 7.5 or more hours a day helps with weight loss. I hardly ever sleep that much because I’m up until late every night. Maybe that’s why I’m fat… nothing to do with all the sweets/chocolate/icecream I eat. ;)

    Sleeping with make up. I really know I should make an effort, but at 1-2 am, I’m somtimes too sleepy to do it.

  14. Exfoliate and moisturize your body. I can’t be bothered, I am always too tired to do it on a regular basis.

    Not washing my brushes as often as i should i do however wipe them clean with a make up remover towelette everytime after i use them.

    drinking enough water. I can drink a big bottle of water some days and then other days I barely drink more than 3 glasses.

    Quitting coffee, I know it’s not good.

    And I guess I don’t exfoliate enough my body.

    I don’t think there are any official beauty tips that I AM good at following. I can spout them off like they’re my own name, but remembering/finding time to do them is another story.

    Taking off my makeup all the time. And brush cleaning. I’m always yelling at my mom for keeping her brushes dirty, but I only wash mine once every two weeks, maybe.

    Washing my makeup off at night. I guess there are lots of us out there that do this!

    I guess mine would be sleep- even though I know its one of the best things you can do for yourself I can’t find 8 hours to sleep on weekdays and I’m lucky to squeeze in 6. Being a full-time student and having a part-time job sucks the life out of you.

    As a side note- I don’t understand you guys that don’t take off your makeup at night. Do you have miraculous skin that doesn’t break out if you do that? Sometimes I forget to wipe that last bit of foundation under my chin and I find two zits have popped up the next day. o_o;

    Exercise .. Exercise :p Do 50 situps a day ..
    However, i manage to drink 2 litres of water everyday :) And yes, thats something im quite proud of :p
