I have lots of hair overall so it's very thick. It takes a long time to cut my hair, even if it's a minor job. Never had a professional dye job done (I did do an at-home glaze job a couple of years ago, but that's grown out by now, I would imagine). Even when I was little and didn't even hit puberty yet (I'm almost 15 now), my hair needed to be washed more frequently than anyone else I knew. I've never had huge problems with damaged hair, but of course I get split ends without fairly regular trimming and conditioning to maintain my hair's health.
