Nothing fancy i guess… just flop into bed and knock off :P Oh and make sure i don’t sleep face down!

BTW Christine, i got a quick question.. i’m heading from Singapore to Southampton, UK to do my masters course for a year, after which i will probably and hopefully stay on to work.. Should i take alot of my make up/skin care? It seems such a pain to be torn away from them.. sobs.

Thanks christine! Oh and love your new haircut :)

Yeah, my best friend did this. She’ll be at Cambridge for 3-4 years and she mailed her stuff over, and occasionally mails stuff back to the US if she’s coming home for more than a month.

I have to be at work at 7am…so I give myself a bedtime of 10pm the latest. Any tv shows that air after that time get saved on my DVR. If I stay I am such an angerball not to mention sleepy at my desk.

Wow that sucks Aarti. How much would it be to do a second bag? Over here one airline chrged $15 for additional bags. However now i hear there will be a chrge for all bags. Dont know how true that is yet.

I usually go to sleep at around 10:30ish…. I get up in the morning at around 6:00. I ALWAYS wash my hair at night and blow dry it, so I just have to do a quick shower in the AM.
Oh, and I always sleep on my back…can’t sleep any other way…And I agree, mail/ship your stuff to where you will be to save on the hassle and cost of extra luggage!

That’s a smart idea to do your hair (at least part of it) at night!

i usually shower at night too, but the sleep thing is something I need to work on! i’m always so busy i look up and its 10 pm and i havent even thought about my evening skin care routine and/or shower, and then bed! I really need to allow myself more time to sort of ‘wind down’ before bed time, I think I would sleep a lot better.

Yeah, me neither. I have a very hard time going to bed as early as I should. It’s just a bummer going to sleep when the fun has just started, isn’t it? ;-)

I work super early in the morning – at work by 5:30 or 6 – so getting quality sleep is important to me. I take a short shower before bed, warm or cold depending on the weather. I always try to read for a while, it helps to calm me down. I adore lavender creams and stuff, I think they do help. Once it get cold, I like to drink tea – I make my own blends :)

In order to slow down or stop the aging process and enjoy perfect health your intra and extra cellular fluids, and surface membranes must be kept youthful, and if damaged they must be repaired.
