When I told her that Tarte's emphasEYES just runs, she suggested using Aqua Eyes based on the fact that it's waterproof. Honestly, it lasted the same amount of time, 2-3 hours, before running right off of my waterline to my lower lid and the outside corners of my eyes, just like Tarte's. I'll try the eyeshadow/powder trick this afternoon and see if that lasts through a dinner and a movie date. Just tried Makeup Forever’s Aqua Eyes on the recommendation of a girl at Sephora. It stays put on any part of the eye area, even on the waterline of your upper lashes too. (stings a bit, but well worth the look) You can sleep, sweat, cry and it wont smudge or run out. Says on the package: Line and define better than ever before. This highly-pigmented, waterproof, smudge-proof, long-wearing gel eyeliner will glide on smooth and precise. Apply with eyeliner brush. I tried to wash it off with hot water, soap and spunge from my hand. The brush must be cleased after each use, as it dries stiff. Can only be removed with oil-based makeup removers made for waterproof makeup, like Helena Rubinstein or Lancome, All Mascaras. Comes in a wide range of colors. Good luck girls.
