Zoya Kerry Nail Lacquer
Zoya Kerry Nail Lacquer ($8.00 for 0.50 fl. oz.) is described as a “full-coverage, yellow gold foil metallic.” It’s a brightened, light-medium yellow gold with a metallic shimmer and a foil-like finish. NARS Gold Fingers is a bit more orange-toned. ORLY Flare is similar but a touch more molten/darker. China Glaze Lighthouse is yellower. China Glaze Champagne Bubbles is yellower, less shimmery. Zoya Solange is lighter, yellower, and has a Pixie Dust finish. See comparison swatches.
It was mostly opaque after two coats, but there was a faint hint of visible nail line at certain angles in brighter light (and it was more apparent on some nails than others). The consistency wasn’t too thick or too thin, so the polish flowed well across the nail without streaking, bubbling, or pooling along the edges. I didn’t have any visible brush strokes, and the polish dried down a bit faster than average.
