Easy 5-Minute Neutral Eyes

Yesterday I posted this neutral look, and today, here’s the tutorial for it :) Super easy and quick — this is definitely a “go-to” look whenever I need something that looks nice when I’m running out of time.

Applying foundation with the 190 brush is one application method to use with liquid or cream foundation. It is not my personal favorite, but I thought I’d show you how based on a request by reader Roxanne.
