What’s the first thing you notice about someone else’s appearance? On a woman? On a man? (Hey, they might be different!) Why do you think that is?
For me, I generally notice whether someone is smiling, that’s the first thing I always zero in on. I guess it help indicate to me whether they’re happy or enjoying the moment or not! If not their smile, maybe then their overall facial expression.
How are your beauty [and other New Year] resolutions going? Are you making progress or have you tossed the resolution in the wind?
I’ve been okay on some of mine, but not great on the Starbucks resolution, that’s for sure! LOL. I swear they put cocaine in their drinks, so addicting!
What are you doing this weekend? Fun night out? Spending the day curled up with a good book? Taking the kids to the park? Share!
My boyfriend and I are going to his mom’s house to watch the UFC fight on Saturday, and we’ll stay through Sunday. I’ll be busy reading up for next week’s classes, but at least he’ll have fun! I’m supposed to teach his brother how to play piano while I’m there, too. Busy busy!
What steps do you go through for your hair? Are you a quick comb-through and you’re out the door kind of gal? Or are you armed with your T3? For the everyday look, what steps do you take to ready your hair?
Luckily (I think so!) I just have to let my hair air dry or lightly blow dry it, and it’s ready. I often wear it in a pulled back ponytail that’s twisted under the end, but if I wear it down, I do absolutely nothing to it beyond running the brush through once (I am fortunate enough to get tangles rarely, and nothing that a single brush stroke doesn’t cure). I really do thank my genes for such easy, manageable hair. I know absolutely nothing about styling it, which is my biggest beauty downfall!
What do you think is your best facial feature? What makes you enviable? Full, pouty pink lips? Long lashes? Doe eyes?
And everybody has SOMETHING they have to consider the best, so don’t give me any of that “But I don’t have one!” business! Me? I like my eyes! I like the color of them (hazel and green, looks like leopard print!) and the overall shape, too.
Would you be interested in a Temptalia meet-up? I’ve been toying with the idea of having a meet-up of Temptalia readers (and me!) at the San Francisco PRO store sometime. I’d love to see if anyone would be interested! And really, it’s okay to say no, you won’t break my heart… much!
