my answer: I love the inherent value of makeup palettes, but sometimes they can contain sub-par products rather than a bunch of stellar ones. You might be able to justify so-so quality because of the price, but I know that I won’t reach for it if it’s not great because I do have products that are great in my stash already.

my answer: I like perfume, and I love some scents, but I often forget to wear it. And then, sometimes I worry it may bother someone else.

my answer: I think they can be versatile and be convenient to use, but they are usually a pain to sharpen.

my answer: I love ones that aren’t too coarse but aren’t too fine. I like when they stay solid enough that you can work them in, but then they dissolve as you do so, which helps me with timing!

my answer: I love, LOVE hand cream, but I’m terrible at consistently using it. I constantly wash my hands, so sometimes it feels like a waste. I’m really trying to at least put it on before bed now.

my answer: I’m sure this sounds weird, but generally… I don’t like it. I like everything to match, so I think that’s a large part of it. The other part is that I think the kind of aesthetic I like best is rarely done. I really don’t like when a brand creates special boxes and ups the price, because for most of us, that’s something we’ll recycle.
