Maybelline will launch Define-A-Lash Pulse Perfection Mascara in July. It is a battery-operated vibrating mascara, designed to deliver 7,000 vibrations per minute with each battery to last for a minimum of 130 days. Maybelline will launch Define-A-Lash Pulse Perfection Mascara in July. It is a battery-operated vibrating mascara, designed to deliver 7,000 vibrations per minute with each battery to last for a minimum of 130 days. (I wonder if that’s 130 days without stopping, or 130 of “typical” use.) It will be priced at $14.95 at mass retailers in July, but a special sneak preview on May 18th will enable interested buyers to purchase early for that day only.
