Do you have any summer traditions?: When I was younger, my family almost always went to Lake Tahoe for a week or so. Now, as an adult on my own, we haven’t established any real traditions. We try to go for more walks in the evenings, go swimming, and things like that locally.

What was your favorite childhood toy?: A puppy stuffed animal – my sister and I both received one right before we moved from Massachusetts to California in ’92. I still have it, and it’s on my bookshelf with several other stuffed animals that I couldn’t put in storage (I used to collect Disney stuffed animals…).

Haul: A few things from MAC Baking Beauties to give away on the blog! I also bought Essie’s Resort collection in the mini sizes.
Weekend plans: Clean! Mellan’s been shedding like crazy (as in, worse than usual, which is always bad), so I need to up the vacuuming frequency for all the areas he occupies (mostly my office).
Are you a thrill seeker?: Totally not. It just hasn’t appealed to me!
