China Glaze Adventure Red-y Nail Lacquer
Are You Red-y for This Adventure?
China Glaze Adventure Red-y Nail Lacquer ($7.00 for 0.50 fl. oz.) is described as a “vivid red.” It’s a medium-dark red cream with some depth and richness; if it had shimmer, it would read very holiday. MAC Stage Red is very comparable. China Glaze Winter Berry is a bit darker. MAC Get Noticed is a smidgen darker. Butter London Pillar Box Red is brighter. MAC Obey Me is comparable. Rescue Beauty Lounge Glamourpuss is a touch darker. Zoya Burke is similar.
It was opaque in two coats but nearly opaque in one. The consistency was amazing; fluid, not too thick or too thin, and flowed without bubbling, streaking, or pooling along the edges of the nail. Adventure Red-y is a shining example of China Glaze at their best. I typically get a full week of wear with no chipping and minor tip wear.
