Skill Level: Beginner

Eyes: Blue pigment (blue), Overgrown eyeshadow (bright yellow-green), Shimmermoss (shimmery teal), A Bluer Blue eyeshadow (deep blue with green undertones), Juxt (pastel green with yellow undertones), Gorgeous Gold eyeshadow (gold with green undertones), Blue Herizon liquidlast liner (blue), Freshwater eyeshadow (true blue), Feline kohl power (black kohl liner), and black mascara.
Face: If you’d like to compliment the eyes, Cantaloupe blush (peachy-orange) on apples of cheeks with Peach Haze beauty powder (peachy-gold) to highlight and Emote blush to contour cheeks.
Lips: For matching lips, Style It Up lipstick (nude) with Guava pro gloss (orange with purple undertones) and Reflects Bronze glitter (bronzy gold).
Tools: MAC 249 firm shadow brush, 239 shadow brush, 219 detailed crease brush

Here are the products that you will be using.

Start with a naked/bare eye.

Using a firm brush, like the 249, put a droplet of water-based mixing medium on brush and pick up Blue pigment and apply all over the lid.

This is what it should look like – a wash of blue.

With the 239, pick up a generous amount of Overgrown eyeshadow and apply to the inner lid.

It should turn the blue to a bit of a yellow-green with blue undertones.

Apply Shimmermoss eyeshadow to the middle of your lid.

You will have something similar to this.

Using the 239, pick up Freshwater eyeshadow and apply it to the outer third of your lid.

Also apply Freshwater eyeshadow into your outer crease by depositing the color and bringing the brush outwards, keeping it horizontal.

This is what you should have right now.

Sweep a generous amount of Juxt eyeshadow with the 239 from above the inner lid color, following the above the crease line.

Sweep the brush across the harsh line of color.

You may need to pick up more shadow as you go, but continue the same method.

You should see something like this.

With the 239, pick up a few swipes of Gorgeous Gold eyeshadow and apply it directly under your inner brow.

Use the same sweeping motion as you did with Juxt to cover the entire browbone area.

Your look should resemble this.

Apply Blue Herizon liquidlast liner onto the lower lash line starting from the outer edge moving towards the inner edge. Be sure to have a cotton swab and oil-based makeup remover handy to quickly correct any mistakes!

This is how the liner should appear.

With the 219, pick up some Gorgeous Gold eyeshadow and apply it over the blue liner from the inner lash line to about halfway.

Repeating the step, only on the outer edge and using Freshwater eyeshadow, apply it with the 219.

This is what you should see at this point. Apply your favorite black eyeliner and mascara (or false lashes) to finish the eye.

Your finished product will be jewel-toned dramatic eye.
