To create the look, make up artist Matthew Vanleeuwen prepped skin with The Perfect Finish Foundation in Natural, and added a touch of The Bronzer in Desert for a radiant glow.
For smoky eyes, Vanleeuwen lined eyes with The Eyeliner in Stromboli and blended The Eyeshadow Duo in Stromboli and The Eyeshadow Duo Laguna from the new Summer Midnight Bloom Collection.
To complete the look, Valeeuwen applied The Lipgloss in Innocence, a soft pale pink, from the Spring Intimate Sensuality Collection.

Celebrity makeup artist Kristofer Buckle did the makeup honors for Christina’s highly-anticipated appearance at tonight’s MTV Movie Awards in Los Angeles. Kristofer shared the scoop on Christina’s red carpet look with us.
The mission, says Kristofer, was to give Christina “perfect ivory skin and strong bone structure” to highlight her bold and classic red lip. To start, Kristofer prepped the skin with Lancôme’s new Teint Idole Fresh Wear Foundation in Bisque and Maquicomplet Complete Coverage Concealer in Ivoire (a makeup artist favorite). For the eyes, Kristofer swept YSL Ombre Solo Smoothing Effect Eyeshadow in #2 Cashmere Brown along the crease. Three coats of Hypnôse Drama Mascara in Excessive Black topped the upper lashes and one light coat coated the lower lashes.
For Christina’s glam red pout, Kristofer first lined with Lancôme’s Le Lipstique Lipcolouring Stick in Rougelle, a sheer red liner. Color Design Matte Lipstick in Red Haute delivered the rich dose of red—perfect for the iconic pop star.
Her shoes are KILLER. I mean, I could never pull them off, but they are gorgeous. Total dungeon mistress shoes! Looks like a silvery-pink with a pinky-brown.
