What was the last beauty item you returned? Anastasia's Mini Brow Waxing Kit. That stuff doesn't take off a single hair. I don't recommend anyone to get it!

Last eyeshadow bought: Dior Incognito; having a hard time getting these to show up- Last item returned: YSL Cream Eye Shadow #1 Pink Sands; hard to blend and made my eyelid look very crepey!

I need to know something.. How can you return a product in america when its been opened and used?? Are there any rules? What do they do with the product? Because obviously they cant sell it again
I have! They usually send it back to a warehouse/HQ/a specified area and I believe it gets recycled.
Once I went to Macy's to return MAC MSF in Warm Blend. I accidently bought 2, so the 1 that I returned was brand new. The lady taking the return told me that they crush the products so they show considerable damage, or else they won't be allowed to be returned. There were other details, something about Macy's being a reseller, not the actual MAC store. Isn't that sad??? I regret returning it, just thinking about hurting that poor defensless MSF!!

mac bronzilla l/s with petite indulgence pink creamsheen l/g. love it , its the perfect summer combo - it reminds me of pink grapefruits with gold on top! spring colour 3 & 4 e/s quads. urban decay liquid eyeliner in i think its called stash- the olive green one. it barely showed up, very sheer , had to reapply without it showing a clear line . i also didnt like the packaging, the e.s product always got all over on the sides. i do love their eye liners. i have all the travels sets - trying to build up my color collection from those without buying them full price, i cant wait for some more to come out this holiday! =)

I have one of these eye pencils in the color Sapphire and it runs smoothly, giving a lot of color, but for some reason this didn't happen with Purple. :/
Last lipstick worn: MAC's Ever Hip (with Gingeroot liner and Cha Cha lipgloss) Last eyeshadow bought: MAC's Bough Grey and Rosey (pro pan). It was at the same time so I can't pick one :) Last beauty product returned: Tarte's Holiday Cheek Stain minis. Forget the name but they were super scratchy on my skin so I returned them to Sephora which was such a shame bc the colours were so pretty. When I told the cashier why I was returning them she said well that's strange, nobody else has had that complaint. Which annoyed me as it felt like she thought I was lying and I have never returned anything to that store before, or anywhere really. Although 9/10 times I get a rude employee there so I stopped going to that store and will now go further away to avoid them! :(
