– I prefer them in quads when I’m travelling and in palettes on a regular basis.

– MAC Viva Glam VI (with Boy Bait creme sheen glass on top)
3) What’s your minimal look like?:
– Philosophy’s The Present makeup primer, MAC Studio Sculpt concealer for undereye circles topped off with BE Well Rested; Mineralize foundation set with MAC Blot Powder, Eyeliner on upper and lower lash lines, Curled lashes using Shu Uemura eyelash curler with 2 coats of mascara, blush on the apples of my cheeks and lipstick or lipgloss to finish the look.

1) I prefer them in palettes so I can have choices and see several colors quickly.
2) I wore Creme d’ Nude cremesheen with Ample Pink on top.
3) My minimal looks consists of Smashbox Light primer, Revlon colorstay liquid foundation, MAC studiofinish concealer for undereyes, MAC blot powder to set foundation, blacktrack fluidline on top, plushlash with two coats on top and bottom, blushbaby blush, and hug me lipstick with a gloss over.

-I love quads because of how great they are for traveling! You don’t have to be really gentle with them either. I’ve dropped them several times and surprisingly, they’ve held up.
-I’ve been feeling the nude lip so I wore Velvet Teddy last, with Prr lipglass over.
-My minimal look isn’t very minimal but I am quick with this look. I use UD Surreal Skin Mineral Makeup. I do really winged out liner and lots of mascara. I use a neutral shadow and define my crease gently. Bronzer to contour and a bit of a peach or hot pink blush like Deep Throat or Tippy. I can’t stop using Palatial lipglass!

Do you prefer eyeshadows in pots, quads, or palettes?: I love palettes or quads… especially when the palettes are all-in-one (i.e. blush and eyeshadow). Makes it easier to grab a palette and run.
Last lipstick you wore?: Estee Lauder Perfect Praline and MAC C-Thru
What’s your minimal look like?: Wash of MAC Woodwinked or Coco Pigment and some black eyeliner/mascara. Light sweep of a blush that I grab first then go. Either that or its just foundation and mascara.

Do you prefer eyeshadows in pots, quads, or palettes?: I like palettes. I especially the Coastal Scents palette, because I get a huge amount of variety, and I save money.
Last lipstick you wore?: I don’t really wear lipstick. I am a Chapstick queen. :)
What’s your minimal look like?: Brown eyeshadow and brown Liquidlast eyeliner. I don’t have to fuss with it later in the day, and it’s really easy to blend browns.

Do you prefer eyeshadows in pots, quads, or palettes?: Pots, only because I am inept at taking the pans out and putting them in palettes. lol :)
Last lipstick you wore?: Sonia Kashuk Cheek Sheer – it’s a cheek color stick, but I like to use it on the lips as well. It was a cool-toned bubblegum pink color. :)
What’s your minimal look like?: Eyeliner on top and bottom lash lines smudged with eyeshadow that matches my outfit (it bugs me if my makeup is not mathcing my clothes, lol!), blend the eyeshadow onto my lid, apply mascara, and pencil my eyebrows. If I have an extra minute, I’ll apply a lil’ nude pink lipgloss. The above look makes for a SUPER quick smokey eye FOTD! :D

Do you prefer eyeshadows in pots, quads, or palettes?: Not fussed. I’ve got them in all three formats as well as cream ones, and I can’t say I use any of them more simply on the basis of format! Though pots are rather nice.

What’s my minimal look like? Dust on Studio Fix powder & some blush. Curl lashes & add mascara. Put Benefit Creaseless Cream Shadow in RSVP all over lid. Clear gloss on lips.

Last Lipstick you wore? Mac Lavender whip with Lull lipglass over it and cork liner.
what’s your minimal look like? Napoleon Perdis stick or Studio Fix powder, eyebrows filled in with Mac mystery eyeshadow, on eyes a neutral color from coastal scents 88 pallette or all that glitters or soft brown from Mac, mascara, makeup forever eyeliner in black, petticoat for blush, and instant gold lipglass from mac.

1) I buy singles all the time, cos I rarely like every colour in a palette or quad. But for storage, palettes.
2) Chanel Rouge Allure in Romantic. Pretty, easy pink.
3) Diorshow mascara, TiGi eyeliner in black, a bit of foundation mixed with moisturizer, undereye concealer, powder and a mixture of lip balm and lipstick.

1) Pots; I like to put them side by side or swatch them on hand/eyes to create my own combos. I find that palettes/quads are somewhat creatively limitimg because you have only so many to play with at a time.
2) Make Up Forever in #203 (a vibrant hot pink)
3) foundation, peachy blush, brows, black mascara, neutral l/s, neutral or peachy e/s, brown or black liner. I rarely do this minimal. I will pop a bright lip or a bright e/s.

Last lipstick you wore?: Hmm…I haven’t worn lipstick in a long time, so I’ll say the last lipcolour I wore was VivaGlam V lipglass.
What’s your minimal look like?: Some kind of sunscreen (either tinted or high spf), mineral powder, Skinfinish or blush, a light eye colour, mascara, and Tinted Lip Conditioner.

I like pots. Indepentend colors. I really dislike the depotting thing. I try to swap for new colors, but they are all bepotted and most are broken. When I travel, I just select the colors I want, that match my destination. I re-arange my colors every time I get new ones, I can not do that in quads or palettes. Pots are their original home, they stay!
Minimal look is one or two color light shadow and mascara and gloss, I will skip on eyeliner if i HAVE to.
