Happy Sunday!
How has your weekend been treating you thus far? It’s been a rather gloomy, rainy weekend here, but I’ve managed not to succumb to the cold weather entirely (I’m so much more productive when it’s sunny out). I also managed to bathe Mellan yesterday morning, so I’ve been able to enjoy a clean, extra-soft puppy all weekend. I can’t decide if he loves or hates bath time. As soon as he hears the shower turn on, he races there, jumps into the tub, but he doesn’t seem to have a whole lot of fun in there. He usually just sits there until it’s over, then I close the glass doors and tell him to “dry,” so he’ll shake off excess water. (I’d say “shake” but he will raise his paw to shake your hand!)

Not a dog person?!?! How?!?! (Totally joking – I can actually understand why someone might be or not be an animal/dog/cat person!) I am a dog person, but I’m more like “my dog person.”
I was just thinking “I wonder if Christine is a dog person” as you HAVE a dog, then I checked the comments! If I had your dog I would be a “my dog” person too! I LOVE Lab’s and I’ve always wanted one

Lol!! I always thought I’d grow up to be a dog person, but I find myself drawn more and more toward cats. Dogs are just so excitable — I just don’t have the energy to play with an adorable furball all the time!
I’m allergic to cats, though I think I would freak out with how cats can just get anywhere and everywhere. I’d have a heart attack if I had a cat and it got into my makeup, LOL.
I wish I had the talent and eye of Goldie Starling…Lauren is hilarious to hear her comments…someone says she is like the West Coast Snooki…and there is this bronzer compact that I want from Lise Watier…but she wont sell it in the U.S site.
They’re both so amazing! I really loved that Lauren created something inspired by Twilight but really made it different!
You’re lucky that you can get Mellan into the tub. My lab Fallon decides that she is not a water dog and I have to pick her up, all four legs flailing to put her in the tub. She spends the entire time shes being bathed with her head stuck on my chest trying to cute her way out.
Awww!Is she a water dog in other bodies of water, at least?
