If you could revamp Lancome’s Bi-Facil, what would you change? What would you keep the same? How would you make it an even better product?

id love to see it in a pump bottle. also would like it to be available in jumbo sizes. ps..bifacil takes off everything & works its magic because the oil breaks down all the waxes in makeup. i honestly dont see how bifacil would be what it is if it didnt feel oily.

Hate Bi-Facil! Hate oily make-up removers. Most people believe that in order to remove make-up easily and effortlessly, you need to use an oil-based makeup remover but it’s not the case! I used to buy a $20 bottle of non-oily liquid remover that was Ph-balanced so that it did not burn the eye and that worked wonders and since I don’t see the lady anymore I purchase the AVEDA one which is very similar to it and it is plant-based. Love it!

    the price. make it cheaper!

I hate this remover! It’s awful, it just smears my mascara around and leaves my eyes greasy!

    Hello,

I used Tendricils by Lancome exclusively for years. What sold me at the counter was the representation that it had a neutral ph of 7, the same as pure water. Tendricils was discontinued, I ran out of my last one therefore I am purchasing new products online now and no Lancome eye makeup removers make a similar claim that I can find.

I am hopefull going to become a lifelong user of a different company’s inventory. Something to think about for Lancome’s PR and profit people. I am very disappointed that Tendricils is no longer available. It was a perfect product that came through with the results one who cares a great deal about the function and look of thier eyes demands and enjoys.

    Happy 2011!
