Like a gateway drug to hardcore sparkle, Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner provides a heavy dose of glam-rock—minus the frequent stints in rehab. But lest these glittery liners fade away into obscurity like far too many once-hot rock stars (Axl Rose, anyone?), we decided it was time to give them a makeover. Urban Decay relaunches Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner. It’s the same fanfavorite formula as before, just with a hot new look and two new shades. This water-based, buildable liner contains super-fine glitter in a clear base that dries down quickly and REALLY stays put (for long wear without any fallout). Wear Heavy Metal alone, apply it over our Eyeshadow or layer two shades together for a more intense glam-rock effect. Our revamped component features a cool lightning bolt deco on the bottle and a shiny gunmetal cap debossed with the UD logo. We kept the same precise, thin-tipped brush as before, which makes it easy to creates fine, glittery lines. Want more sparkle? Use the side of the brush to sweep sparkle all over your lids. Or, for an even bolder, jewel-encrusted look, remove the wiper (the little piece that controls how much product comes out of the bottle) and tap on Heavy Metal with your fingers.

A very pretty light blue glitter that is great to use to liven up any eyeshadow look from very basic to more dramatic. They're extremely easy to use because it's not obvious when it's applied with a less practiced or steady hand. I really recommend it for someone wanting to add a bit of sparkle to their looks if their budget will allow it. However, it can take quite a bit of building to get a good amount of glitter, which is a shame considering the price. This is coming from someone who loves to go full-on with any look though, so if you prefer the option of a less glittery look, or the ability to build up the amount of glitter then this shouldn't be a problem at all for you.
