Beautiful palette, colors are great for fall. There is fallout on some of the lighter colors like Dust. Not as well done as the original Naked.

You can't go wrong with the original Naked. The colors are beautiful and blend well except for Sidecar, the fallout is terrible on that one. Great palette, definitely worth a repurchase!

Amazing palette! The colours are highly pigmented, though the matte colours are a bit meh. The other colours are amazing, apply nicely, creamy, long lasting and it really is one of the better palettes I own.

Naked 2, just like Naked 1 and Naked Basics, totally revolutionized my makeup stash when I got them. I now use these three palettes almost exclusively, and if I do use other shadows, there will always be a shade I use from my naked palettes to pull the look together. Naked 2 is my go to for a nighttime look, specifically Snakebite, Suspect, YDK and Busted. Pistol and Verve are slightly too cool toned to work on me most of the time, and I rarely use Blackout just due to personal perference, though I can attest to it being extremely pigmented. Foxy is a good shade for blending out a shimmery highlight, such as Bootycall. Tease is an absolutely gorgeous shade, though sadly the one shade in this palette which I feel is subpar, as it is powdery and sheerer, though I still love it as a transition shade. Half-baked is an odd addition to this palette, as it is extremely warm toned, as well as being a repeat from Naked 1. I really would have preferred an antique gold in its place. Chopper is another odd one out, though a lovely highshimmer shade in its own right. This palette is a mainstay and I would be lost without it!!

This is a solid palette, with 12 shades that are excellent for daily use. It includes a double-ended brush and a mirror. The eyeshadows are not as pigmented as some other brands that place strong emphasis on pigment, but this makes the palette very useable as a tool to build everyday office looks and "nude" looks. It is possible to do more dramatic looks with this palette alone as well, since there are darker brown shades, a glittery gold shade, and a matte black shade. There are definitely a couple of shades that stand out more - in my own palette, I find that I use Half Baked (glittery gold), Snakebite (shimmery brown), Pistol (shimmery grey), Verve (shimmery silver), YDK (glittery silver with a hint of pink), and Busted (shimmery dark purple-brown) a lot more than the other shades. There is excellent value for money here. I do not really use a lot of product in my eyes or build a lot of coverage (or at least, not with this palette). I have had this palette for 2 years now, and use it lightly about 3 days a week. I have only hit pan on Half-Baked, Verve, and Busted. I can easily see myself using this palette for another 2 years. The brush that comes with the palette is not bad, but I would say that the flatter brush is not always precise enough for more clearly defined looks. I use the brush mostly for creating smoky looks, or when I contour areas of my face that need a brush that is smaller than a regular contour brush. I did not have a lot of issues with fallout - the shades in this palette are not so pigmented that fallout is a major issue. However, on darker colours like Busted (this shades tends to crumble more than the others, probably because it is probably the most pigmented shade in the palette), you may want to apply some powder on your undereye area for safety before applying it. Overall I would highly recommend this palette for people who want a palette that can handle both workplace-appropriate looks as well as more dramatic smoky eye looks. It would make a fantastic gift for anybody who likes makeup, granted they do not have the palette already.

Highly pigmented, pretty and wearable. The brush is very good for the lower lash line and the inner corner. I just wish i used it more often.

One of the items I'd coveted forever. But as much as I adore it, I've found (after using it many times), it doesn't blend well with other brands. It also has a little bit of fallout so I've always liked using my finger more than the brush. I don't try and create looks with it when I have a limited time to work on makeup. The colors are amazing and unique, though, so I think it's an important part of your makeup collection. I do love it, I just don't use it every day, like I had hoped I would. Only a minor disappointment.

I know this has had some pretty mixed reviews but I really like Naked Smoky and, from the first time I saw it, I thought I would. I don't find the fallout to be nearly as bad as I thought it would be (and there's nothing in here that's as troublesome as Sidecar from the first Naked palette - I fell in love with that shadow but could not use it because of the dreadful fallout, no matter how I applied it). I do love the lighter and brighter shades in this and it's nice to have a few mattes to pair with the more shimmery shades. I missed Armor in the first Vice palette so I'm really happy to have it. Combust is a great transition/subtle crease/blending out colour and I simply LOVE Password - that shadowy taupe-grey shade is so versatile. I like the solid, substantial packaging of this. It's similar to that used on Naked on the Run and it looks elegant and sophisticated with a bit of edginess thrown in.

I'm sure if this palette wouldn't be part of URBAN DECAY Naked Line but an unknown brand it wouldn't get so much attention and recommendations as it does. Too many chalky eyeshadows, lack of unique shadows and only 2 with good texture. Especially because we know the potential of URBAN DECAY this is a big disappointment. They could have made it so much better.

As much as I love Naked1, I love Naked2 even more for its slightly cooler shades. This is a wonderfully versatile neutral palette that offers great shadows in terrific colours (at least for me) that are neutral and still exciting.

I absolutely love this palette! There is at least one color I will use everytime I do my eyes. Its my go to for travel since it has a very slim case and there is such a variety of looks you can get with just this one palette. There is a slight fall out with the shimmers and thats easy to fix. 1. Tap out the access before using the brush 2. Use an adhering spray or liquid like MAC Fix + or 3. Do eyes firstt before face. That way any fall out that you get, you can easily remove with a wipe or hide when you apply your foundation. The palette is pricey. I got mine when Urban Decay was still selling them at $49. That was still pricey then but now any Naked palette will run you $54. The price has been steadilly increasing for the last few years, if it ever goes over $55.

This palette by Urban Decay is just wow! Every time I do my makeup I reach for this palette. I love the warm tones in all the shadows. The only con for me is the fact that there is a lot of shimmers so there is a bit of fall out when using them, but other than that these shadows are so pigmented, easy to blend, and just a great variety of colors. I also love this because it can be used in every season which is great.

What can I say about this palette! It is so beautiful. It is not as 'naked' as the first palette however with the colours being neutral but not so much 'I'm not wearing any makeup' appropriate. Some absolutely beautiful and feminine looks to be created from this palette.

A product that is well worth the hype! The Naked 1 is truly a "naked" palette with very simple shades that will for the most part make you look like you aren't wearing any makeup. The pigmentation isn't consistent across the palette with some being smooth and buttery while others require a lot more building.

Ever since I purchased this palette, I reach for it every single day. The pigmentation is fantastic, glides on smoothly, and is true to pan. The colours not only pair well together with others in the palette, but also in conjunction with other colours from other NAKED palettes. Many people call this palette (as well as other NAKED palettes) their HG for a nude eye, and it's no wonder they do. This palette delivers! It's also fantastic for travel because you can create a wide variety of looks without carrying half a dozen different eye products. The only colour I had a bit of time adapting to was Dust, which has quite a fair amount of fallout. A solution that has worked for me has been to apply minimal product at a time, and patting this colour on the desired area.

Amazing palette with a wide variety of shades. You have brights, metallics and neutrals so you can easily create different looks. The eyeshadows themselves apply really well and slide on effortlessly when applied using a brush. The texture is quite buttery and smooth. I managed to get an evenings wear out of most of the eye shadows and the pigmentation was never lost. Although the palette is quite pricey I would say its worth the price as you can easily have the palette as an entire shadow collection.

I wanted to love this. I wanted to love it *so much*. I'd heard sooo much about Naked (original) but it just looked too warm for my skin (though I do have a slight yellow-leaning tone, most warm shades look awful on me!). Naked2 seemed ideal, with it's "greige" (aka grey-beige) and taupe shades - right up my alley, I thought! Um, not exactly. Yes, the colours all swatched gorgeously on my skin. However, I find this palette very hard to wear unless you mix it with other mattes (only 3 in here, I believe), OR you can handle very shimmery-to-almost-metallic eyeshadows. For myself, I find I can usually use one very shimmery/metallic shadow but I like to balance the rest with matte or satin shadows or it's just too much on me. I also purchased the Naked Basics palette and LOVE that - using the Basics and adding a high-shimmer from Naked 2 would work well, but I felt that it was not the best use of my money to have the Naked 2. The quality sure is there; I could immediately see what people are so crazy for UD shadows! You need the lightest hand for the shadows as they're so pigmented. They feel creamy to apply and only the most glittery shadows have much fallout. The double-ended brush it comes with is cruelty-free (synthetic bristles) and works nicely for patting on shadow with one end (can also use the flat end for lining the eyes with shadow); the other end is great for blending and crease definition. Considering that each pan is almost exactly the size of a full, single eyeshadow but costs approx.as much as 2.5-3 X single shadows would, you can't argue with the price. I would rate it 5 stars for quality, but only 2-3 for wearability - again, unless you can easily rock a lot of high-shimmer shadow or you don't mind mixing in other more matte shadows with the Naked 2.

Definitely my favorite of the three Naked palettes. I am especially loving the matte shades Nooner and Limit and strange. They make a fantastic quick and easy look for when I'm running out of the door.

A very versatile palette with some nice neutrals that are good for day and night! Very nice highlighting and blending colors to suit a lot of skin tones Only complaint is one eye shadow gives fallout and it's one of the most beautiful shades!!

This is an amazing palette from UD. What's surprising is just how versatile and wearable these shadows are (depending on what shades you put together) but you can also do some really "WOW factor" looks as well. I think it's a bit heavy on the black shadows (3 in one palette) especially since most of us already have at least one or 2 blacks that work well for us, and if you've got either of the Naked palettes, you are well supplied with black. But I can overlook this because I LOVE Poison (it reminds me a bit of MAC's Moonlight Night pigment when I look at it in some lights) - it is SO pigmented that I have to be really careful only to pick up the slightest amount, which is more than enough for my outer V and crease! Fortunately, this shadow blends and blends effortlessly so what you think it is going to be an alarming black splotch blends out to a lovely fading gradient of dark to light smoke. This palette has great highlight shades (matte and sheen) and some standout rich neutrals and eye-catching jewel tones. Strike, Stash and Derailed are probably my favourite shades simply because I do like neutrals but I love every shade in this palette and I am WAAAY older than UD's target market, I'm sure. This palette is so complete and so well packaged (in a nice, hard plastic case with a big mirror) that it is great for travel - you can have day and dramatic evening looks all from one palette. The brush isn't bad either - seems a bit different and a bit nicer than the one in Naked2.

This palette is so incredibly awesome! I was kind of unsure about it because there were a bunch of neutrals (I have both Naked 1 and 2 so I'm pretty set on neutrals) and some colors that I didn't think I'd use but I'm so glad I bought it. The colors are all stunning--Prank, which sheers out really easily, is the only one I'm not in love with--and the possibilities for looks are endless. Even the neutrals have some spunk to them (Ambush totally blew me away: it looks super ordinary in the pan but GORGEOUS when swatched) to keep them from being too common. The array of colors means that you can go neutral or smoky or bright with ease. I love that there's pretty much one of every color (except orange or yellow, both of which I'd love to see done by UD). As soon as I got it, I did a random smoky look using Smokeout, Lovesick, Voodoo, Betrayal, Madness, Shellshock, Dope, and Habit--literally going "hmm, what if I added this next?"--and it turned out great even for a makeup newbie like me. The palette itself is extremely pretty, the button makes the mirror pop up by itself (which made my jaw drop from glee when I first opened it), and the mirror both stands up on its own and is big enough to actually use (which for someone who normally wears glasses like me and has to get up close to a mirror to do make-up is SUCH a plus). The only other gripe I'd have is with the double ended brush, which is kind of small for my liking. Still, it seems like it's pretty good quality. Overall, for $59 dollars you're getting 19 beautiful colors (and 1 so-so one), so I'd definitely say that it's worth it.

I got the original Naked palette when it first came to Canada (I'd been on a waiting list at Sephora). This still stands as a bit of an icon as it really pointed the way showing other cosmetic companies just what it is that women are after - a great, wearable, travel-friendly collection of mostly neutral shadows that can be worn for day/work or night. While there are a few problematic shadows in here - Sidecar, while beautiful, always results in fallout for me - and some people wish there were more matte shades, this is still a fabulous palette that I enjoy using over and over again. My personal preference is for the cooler toned Naked 2, but the original is still a favourite!

This palette contains a really wonderful selection of eyeshadows with the 'deluxe' formula. This formula means the eyeshadows are VERY soft (almost to the point of being too soft, as a little crumbling does occur) and apply really nicely, and comfortably. The brights are the best part of the palette for me, particularly 'Peace' and 'Graffiti', which are so pretty. It's versatile because you have a great range of colours, as well as some browns and a black. For me the browns are a little too light, including the darkest one, which actually comes out a lot more light and shimmery than it looks. 'Zero' is a really nice shimmery black that has good opacity and makes the palette just that much more versatile, as any look can be made more dramatic. 'Fishnet' is really striking because it has a duochrome effect which allows it to appear more pink or purpley/blue depending on how it is worn Each eyeshadow is very easy to blend because they are all so soft. The packaging is great too because it's small and thin so will fit in a handbag easily, whereas something like the Book of Shadows would be too bulky. I find palettes tend to be good value for money too because you are getting 9 eyeshadows together for a better price than if you were to buy them separately.

Features a good variety of shades that work well on many skin tones and some surprising essentials (the pair of highlighters is nice, as is the all-matte taupe Tease). The brush is durable and usable, and the packaging itself, while a step up from Naked's hard cardboard, has a weird flaw: the individual pans are not very tightly attached to the metal case. While this can be fixed with a hot-glue gun and some patience, it's a bit of a pain. Another curiosity is the repetition of the shade Half Baked from the original Naked palette; while it's a great shade, a bright glittery gold might be harder to use everyday than say, another matte nude. Regardless, it's a great palette and makes an excellent present.
