Pedro is right. No pigmentation at all...Such a waste of money :/

So pretty, but you have to work it onto a few layers to get it good

Good for browbone + inner corner highlight, and even face highlight on fair skin

I was looking for a dupe for Urban Decay Naked 3's Strange - one of my favorite light, matte shadows. Blanc Type is a perfect dupe color-wise, but comes off even more pigmented and doesn't blend out as sheerly as Strange does. If Blanc Type was a bit creamier in texture or layered a little better on top of lid colors I'd give it a five, but overall very happy to find a "better" Strange in a single ES.

Years ago, when I was first getting into MAC eyeshadows in a big way, I tried Cork because I knew it was a very highly regarded product. I HATED it! It looked so orange-y and dull on my cool skin and brown eyes - just did absolutely nothing for me. I bought it again last week mainly because of the lowered price of MAC's Pro-Pan shadows. I guess I've come a long way in my makeup techniques because I now understand how to use Cork so that it really works for me (subtle crease colour or for blending out darker, more intense crease colours and for giving more contour to a very basic, "no makeup" eye look. This is also good for my brows, which are dark and cool but which I sometimes want to intensify only slightly. Even though Cork is lighter and warmer than my actual brow hairs, it works really well.

All that Glitters is one of the very first eyeshadow that i bought and probably have made the most use of. Although UD Sin is also a champagne shimmer, the gold pearl in this works very well for most of my eyeshadow looks.

I was originally going to buy Woodwinked (a warm, frosty brown, with a decent amount of sparkle) but after learning that it was sold out, I was shown Patina as a comp. It's definitely not as shiny as Woodwinked, which I happen to like because it seems more suitable for everyday wear. But I've also used it as a base shade with Woodwinked for an evening party. Definitely worth every penny. xx

One of my favorites for the crease! It just goes with any look. Very blendable and not chalky like a lot of matte shadows tend to be.

This is a beautiful shade and I first tried it years ago, and it was at least at that time an excellent superior quality eye shadow. That being said the color on me just wasn't the fuschia/magenta kick I was looking for. It has a ballet pink finish that muted the effect too much for me. Now from what I'm seeing on here the make up for ever Orchid looks to be the same as my beloved UD fishnet but without the chrome. I can't wait to try that!

One of my 2 or 3 favourite hightlight shades from MAC. Mine actually looks less peachy than in the photo - more yellow/beige. Even though it's a frost, it really isn't all that frosty or garish and it's a super colour for the inner corner of the eye because it really brights a lot of light and brightness to that area.

I really love this shade, as it really is so shimmery and pretty. I tend to use it on the inner corners of the eyes, and it looks especially nice in bridal makeup. I really recommend it!

One of my favourite MAC eyeshadows of all time. It applies very well, and is very pigmented. It blends nicely as well, despite being a matte. I love wearing this colour, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a matte purple eyeshadow, as I've found many others very disappointing.

When I tried this color on my lids, it was extremely patchy, super sheer, and would barely come off on my lids at all! All That Glitters is the way too go. I wish I could return or trade this color for anything different.

I wear this color almost every single day. I love it WAAAY more than Naked Lunch, which I've never worn since I bought it and tried it on once. I found that Naked Lunch was chalky and not pigmented at all. All That Glitters is a beautiful champagne/gold color that looks wonderful applied all over the lid. It is buttery and smooth, easy to apply and blendable, and highly pigmented, basically everything that Naked Lunch is not.

When I first swatched this product, I thought it looked terrible and chalky and not pigmented at all. For some reason, I bought it anyways. When I applied it over my Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer (which I use as an eyeshadow primer), it looked pigmented and beautiful! It is still a little chalky and hard to blend, but it does look beautiful. The color was too hard not to pass up. I wear it all the time!

I really, really wish MAC would reformulate this eyeshadow. It's a beautiful cool-toned grey, a colour you don't see a lot of in other brands. Unfortunately, it's patchy on application and a pain to blend. (referring to permanent version)

What's not to love about MAC eyeshadows - the shade range is amazing and the option to create your perfect palette is just so good! My favourite shades are club, cobalt and expensive pink!

Thanks to Christine showing this shadow, I got it in the recent MAC repromote and I couldn't be happier. It's a dark, smokey khaki green-grey-brown mix that is irresistible for someone like me, who loves neutral shadows and it has a lovely golden-green sheen to it. When it was discontinued a few years ago, a reviewer at MUA wondered why MAC was keeping Greensmoke (beautiful but disappointing, I have to agree) but discontinuing Fiction. Now that I have Fiction, I understand exactly what she meant. This should be permanent.

I love Tempting for my brown smokey eyes and whenever I wear golds and bronzes. It is a rich cocoa color maybe a bit deeper than cocoa. I love it. The only problem it has is the fallout which isn't a lot and it just happens when applying, so just do your eyes first and then your face makeup and you'll be good.
