I really wanted to love this product but at the moment I just like it – I was expecting it to be highly pigmented but I actually found that you have to scrape a bit to get the colour onto the brush. On the skin though, the blush is easy to blend out. It is quite sheer too – but it might be because of the colour against my skin rather than the product itself. Its a great daily blush and I’ll probably buy the other colours too.
MAC Blazing Haute Extra Dimension Blush ($25.00 for 0.22 oz.) is described as a “dirty peach.” It’s a warm-toned tangerine orange with a golden peach shimmer-sheen. MAC Fresh Honey is a touch brighter and more orange. MAC My Highland Honey is more matte and a touch darker. Illamasqua Lover is matte and more orange.
